There are claims from victims of fraud that Russian-born businessman Timur Turlov could not have been unaware of the scams being orchestrated by his employees.
Turlov, head of Freedom, faces accusations of creating a financial pyramid, moving funds from Kazakhstani citizens offshore, and allegedly having ties to Sergey Mavrodi, the notorious founder of "MMM".
